Attempting to capture Cool is a trap, it’s inherently elusive.
COOL IS LIKE ART…you recognize a great piece of work when you see it! Cool oftentimes mirrors the current times.
Many would say it disappeared after the Harlem Renaissance but we at the council would argue that it's time has come again and it's being forged by the heated pressures of CULTURAL and SOCIAL changes which cause many to pause and reflect on times past.
Our council merely looks to provide the new paradigm on what's COOL!
